Q1. What is Bonjour Meals’ return policy?
At Bonjour Meals, we stand by the quality of our food. Our 100% Buyer Protection Policy allows you to request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
● The meal or item delivered is spoiled, damaged, incorrect, or not as described on our menu or website.
● All complaints or return requests must be made within 24hrs of request.
● CReturned food items must be untouched, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of order or receipt.
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been consumed, except in cases of verifiable quality issues.

Q2. How do I raise a return or dispute?
You can raise a return request immidiatelly after receiving your order from the dispatch by following one of the methods below:

- Your Order Number
- Clear images of the damaged/defective product
- A brief description of the issue
Note: Returns or disputes raised after 24hrs of delivery will not be accepted.

Q3. When will I be refunded?
Refund timelines depend on the return method:
● Reverse Pickup Orders (picked up by our courier): Refund will be processed after the item is picked up and verified.
● Self-Shipped Returns (customer sends it back): Refund is processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
Refunds are typically credited within 2–5 business days to your provided bank account or payment method.
