At Bonjour Meals Fast Food, we take pride in preparing your orders promptly and with care. To ensure quality service and reduce waste, please note the following cancellation terms.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled immidiately after placement. We receive your orders promptly, and if their is a reason for cancellation, kindly reachout to us, after 5mins window processing begins, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support immediately via phone 0813 114 8572, 0814 635 2783, or email fastfood@bonjourmealslimited.com. Include your order number for faster processing (you can get the order number from email reciept sent to you).
3. Non-Cancellable Items
● Custom or bulk orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled due to preparation and ingredient sourcing.
4. Refunds (if Applicable)
If cancellation is successful within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24hrs.
5. Delayed Cancellations
For orders already out for delivery or prepared, we may be unable to cancel or refund.
